DIF and SEDESOL

In 2011 we began to serve breakfast on Tuesday and Thursday at the dining room to augment the breakfast program on Monday, Wednesday and Friday operated by the Catholic church in Colonia Marquez de Leon. From 2013 until November 2015, FANLAP served breakfast to an average of 70 children.

The Family Development Institute (DIF) of Baja California Sur at times provides some non-perishable food for meals. From 2008 until the present time (except for the year 2012), funds were provided by SEDESOL (Secretary of Social Development) to purchase weekly fruit, meat, eggs, beans, rice and other foods needed to prepare meals.
